Sandra Malhotra
Fort Collins, CO

Bio: Greetings! I am the Founder and CEO of W Cubed, Inc. I began my career as a technologist, earning a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan. I then had a fruitful 17-year career in technology as a development engineer/scientist at IBM Corp. in New York and then Senior Director of Technology at Silicon Valley start-up Intermolecular, Inc. During this time, I managed high-performing teams and complex projects and was a co-author on more than 40 granted patents and 20 scholarly publications. Throughout this time, I remained passionate about keeping my body, mind and spirit in balance through wholesome nutrition, exercise, spiritual reconnection, and complementary alternative medical (CAM) techniques such as acupuncture and Reiki. As a result of personal experience, I became convinced that this whole body approach was the most effective way to maintain good health and treat the root cause(s) of disease. However many people do not follow this approach because they are trapped in a "sick care" system which is not focused on preventing disease or addressing root causes, but rather treating the symptoms with pharmaceutical drugs that frequently have side effects. Thus, Sandra founded W Cubed, Inc. in May 2013 with the mission of providing awareness about issues with our corporate food supply; providing guidance as to how to nourish body, mind, and soul to prevent and treat disease; and creating tools to facilitate access to holistic care.
